This product is uses from a very strong high quality N52 rated neodymium magnet. Please be careful when handling these products to avoid causing potential injury. The product is designed as a cost effective solution to temporarily mount flexible solar panels, it is recommended that panels be removed if excessive/high wind is expected. When removing the panel mag's we recommend sliding them apart rather than pulling, this reduces the amount of effort required and again reduces the likelihood of harm to the user. We are not responsible for any injury caused for incorrect or careless handling of magnetic products. Please exercise caution when using our product.

Return and Refund Policy

Items purchased from SunAnchor that are found to be faulty can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that SunAnchor will not accept returns beyond 30 days of delivery.
For returns of products purchased online at sunanchor.co.uk, customers need to contact SunAnchor customer service within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. To be eligible for return, items must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged, unmodified, and have a return authorization number provided by SunAnchor. Proof of purchase must be provided by the customer to begin the return process.
After receiving the returned item, SunAnchor will issue a refund or replacement within 7 to 10 business days. If the refund or replacement item isn’t received after 10 business days, please contact the SunAnchor customer service team. All returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet SunAnchor’s Return Policy.
